When you request a quote, we collect the details you type into the form: name, phone number, email, the postal code of the property, the service you need and any notes you add. We also record the page address you came from so we know which ads or listings work.
We send promotional emails only if you tick the optional box on the form, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
Only our team. We don't sell or rent your information. Our website host and email provider store it on our behalf.
Quote requests that don't become bookings are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for service and tax purposes.
